ALLWAYS Meet & Assist is a personalized arrival assistance service designed for passengers who want to complete all airport formalities quickly, comfortably and stress-free.
Your assistant will meet you immediately after you exit the aircraft or in the transfer bus drop-off area, provide priority passage through passport control, escort you to the baggage claim area and accompany you to your transfer or meeting person.
What the service includes
An ALLWAYS assistant meets you at the aircraft exit or in the transfer bus area.
You pass passport control through the Fast Track lane.
The assistant escorts you to the baggage carousel and helps you collect your luggage.
You are escorted to your vehicle, driver or meeting person.
Important information
The passenger must arrive at the airport in accordance with the airline's requirements — at least 2 hours before departure.
The service must be booked no later than 48 hours before departure. A 20% surcharge applies if less than 24 hours remain before the service.
The service is non-refundable after payment.
