ALLWAYS Meet & Assist is a personal assistance service designed for passengers who want to complete all departure procedures quickly, smoothly and with maximum comfort.
Your personal assistant will meet you at the terminal entrance, help you complete all formalities without queues, assist with your luggage and escort you all the way to your gate.
How the service works
The assistant meets you at the ALLWAYS Fast Track entrance.
You pass the first security check through the priority lane.
A porter takes your luggage to the check-in counter.
Check-in is completed with the assistance of the representative.
Passport control and the final security check are completed via the ALLWAYS Fast Track lane.
Before departure, you can relax in the Plaza Premium Lounge.
An ALLWAYS representative escorts you to your boarding gate.
Important information
The passenger must arrive at the airport in accordance with the airline's requirements — at least 2 hours before departure.
The service must be booked no later than 48 hours before departure. If less than 24 hours remain before the service, a 20% surcharge applies.
The service is non-refundable after payment.
