Meet & Assist is a personalized airport arrival service at Hurghada International Airport, offering individual meet-and-greet assistance and priority access through passport control and essential airport formalities without waiting in regular queues. What Is Included in Meet & Assist?
Personal Meet & Greet — an airport representative will welcome you with a sign displaying your name.
If your aircraft is parked directly at the terminal, the representative will meet you at the exit of the jet bridge, at the terminal entrance.
If your aircraft arrives at a remote parking stand, the assistant will meet you after you exit the shuttle bus at the terminal entrance.
Immigration Card Assistance — the representative will help complete the required immigration documents.
Visa on Arrival Assistance — assistance with obtaining an arrival visa when necessary. Visa fees are payable separately.
Fast Track Passport Control — priority immigration clearance through a designated VIP counter without waiting in the regular queue.
Baggage Assistance — a porter will help collect your luggage.
Customs Assistance — personal support and guidance through customs formalities.
Personal Escort — your representative will accompany you to the airport exit.
How Does the Service Work?
Upon landing at Hurghada International Airport, a Meet & Assist representative will welcome you with a personalized name sign.
The representative will complete the necessary immigration documents, assist with obtaining a visa on arrival if required, and escort you through passport control using a dedicated VIP counter, avoiding the regular queue.
After passport control, a porter will assist with collecting your luggage, while your representative will help you through customs procedures.
Once all arrival formalities are completed, your assistant will escort you to the terminal exit and accompany you to your transportation.
Meeting Arrangements with Your Driver
To ensure a smooth and timely airport pickup, please provide the phone number of the driver who will be meeting you at Hurghada Airport and taking you to your hotel.
We will share the driver's contact details with the airport assistance team so they can communicate directly with the driver, confirm their location, and coordinate your meeting and handover to the driver without unnecessary delays.

Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before arrival.
For bookings made during daytime hours, the service can be reserved no later than 7 hours before the scheduled service time.
All paid bookings are non-refundable.
