Meet & Assist is a personalized meet and greet service for passengers arriving at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH). A dedicated assistant will help you with passport control, completing the necessary documents, baggage collection, and other airport formalities. What Is Included in Meet & Assist?
Personal Meet & Greet — a representative will welcome you with a sign displaying your name.
Meeting at the Jet Bridge — if your aircraft is parked directly at the terminal, the representative will be waiting at the jet bridge exit, near the terminal entrance.
Meeting After Airport Bus Transfer — if your aircraft is parked at a remote stand, the representative will meet you at the terminal entrance after you exit the airport bus.
Immigration Card Assistance — the representative will help you complete the necessary documents.
Visa on Arrival Assistance — if required, your assistant will help you obtain a visa on arrival. The visa fee is charged separately.
Fast Track Passport Control — escort to a dedicated counter for passport clearance without waiting in the regular queue, subject to availability at the airport.
Baggage Collection Assistance — porter services to help collect and carry your luggage.
Customs Clearance Assistance — guidance and support during customs procedures.
Personal Escort to the Exit — your representative will accompany you to the airport exit.
How Does the Service Work?
After your flight arrives at Sharm El Sheikh Airport (SSH), a Meet & Assist representative will be waiting for you with a personalized name sign.
If your aircraft is parked at a jet bridge, the meeting will take place at the terminal entrance after you exit the jet bridge. If your aircraft is parked at a remote stand, the representative will meet you at the terminal entrance after your airport bus transfer.
Following the meeting, your assistant will help you complete the immigration card and, if necessary, assist with obtaining a visa on arrival. The representative will then escort you through passport control, including the option of expedited clearance through a dedicated counter if this service is available at the airport.
After passport formalities are completed, a porter will help you collect your luggage, while your representative will provide the necessary assistance during customs clearance.
Once all airport procedures have been completed, your representative will escort you to the terminal exit.
Arranging Your Meeting with the Driver
To ensure a smooth and timely meeting, please provide the contact phone number of the driver who will be waiting for you at Sharm El Sheikh Airport and taking you to your hotel.
We will share the driver's contact details with the airport assistance team so they can contact the driver in advance, confirm the driver's location, and coordinate a timely meeting and handover of passengers to the driver.

For bookings made during daytime hours, the service can be reserved no later than 7 hours before the scheduled service time.
