How Does the Service Work?
Upon arrival at Hurghada International Airport, please proceed to the departure terminal entrance, where your Meet & Assist representative will be waiting with a personalized name sign.
Your representative, together with a porter, will assist with your luggage and guide you through the initial security checkpoint using the priority procedure.
Next, the representative will help you complete airline check-in, obtain your boarding pass, select an available seat, and fill out the required immigration card. You will then be escorted through passport control using the designated VIP counter.
After passport control, your assistant will help you pass through the final security checkpoint without waiting in the regular queue.Airport Meeting Arrangements and Transfers
To ensure a smooth and timely airport meeting, please provide the contact phone number of the driver who will be taking you to Hurghada Airport.
We will share the driver's contact details with the airport assistance team so they can coordinate directly with the driver, confirm the estimated arrival time, and arrange your meeting at the departure terminal.

For bookings made during daytime hours, the service can be reserved no later than 7 hours before the scheduled service time.
All paid bookings are non-refundable.
