How Does the Service Work?
Upon arrival at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH), please proceed to the departure terminal entrance, where your Meet & Assist representative will be waiting with a personalized name sign.
Following your welcome, the representative and porter will assist with your luggage and guide you through the initial security checkpoint using the priority procedure, avoiding the regular queue.
Next, your representative will help you complete airline check-in, obtain your boarding pass, and select an available seat on the aircraft. The representative will also complete the necessary immigration documents and escort you through passport control via a dedicated VIP counter.
Once passport formalities are completed, your assistant will accompany you to the final security checkpoint and help you pass through using the priority procedure without waiting in the regular queue.
Airport Meeting Arrangements and Transfers
To ensure your departure service is properly coordinated, please provide the contact phone number of the driver who will be taking you to Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
We will share the driver's contact details with the airport assistance team so they can contact the driver in advance, confirm the vehicle's estimated arrival time, and arrange a timely meeting at the departure terminal entrance.
