What Is Included in Meet & Assist Diamond?
VIP Meet & Greet at the Aircraft — a dedicated representative will welcome you immediately after you exit the aircraft, holding a sign displaying your name.
Private Airport Transfer — transportation in a separate vehicle from the aircraft parking position to the airport arrivals hall.
Immigration Card Assistance — the representative will prepare and complete the necessary immigration documents.
Visa on Arrival Assistance — if required, the representative will assist you with obtaining a visa on arrival. Visa fees are charged separately.
Priority Passport Control — expedited immigration clearance through a dedicated VIP counter without waiting in the regular queue.

How Does the Service Work?
After your aircraft lands at Sharm El Sheikh Airport, a Meet & Assist Diamond representative will be waiting for you directly at the aircraft exit with a personalized name sign.
Following your personal welcome, the representative will arrange transportation in a private vehicle from the aircraft to the airport arrivals hall.
Upon reaching the terminal, your representative will complete the immigration card, assist with obtaining a visa on arrival if necessary, and escort you to a dedicated VIP counter for expedited passport control without waiting in the regular queue.
After passport control, a porter will collect your luggage, while your personal assistant will help you complete customs formalities.
Once all airport procedures have been completed, the representative will escort you to the arrivals area, your waiting vehicle, or the relatives meeting you, in accordance with the arrangements agreed upon in advance.Meeting Arrangements with Your Driver
To ensure a smooth and timely airport pickup, please provide the phone number of the driver who will be meeting you at Hurghada Airport and taking you to your hotel.
We will share the driver's contact details with the airport assistance team so they can communicate directly with the driver, confirm their location, and coordinate your meeting and handover to the driver without unnecessary delays.

For bookings made during daytime hours, the service can be reserved no later than 7 hours before the scheduled service time.
