How Does the Service Work?
Upon arrival at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH), please proceed to the departure terminal entrance. Your Meet & Assist Plus representative will be waiting there with a personalized name sign.
After welcoming you, the representative and porter will assist with your luggage and guide you through the first security checkpoint using the priority procedure, without waiting in the regular queue.
Next, your representative will accompany you to the check-in counter, assist with obtaining your boarding pass, and help you select an available seat on the aircraft. The representative will also complete the necessary immigration documents and arrange expedited passport control through a dedicated VIP counter.
Once passport formalities are completed, your representative will assist you through the final security checkpoint using the priority procedure and escort you directly to the airport VIP Lounge.
