How the service works:
Meet & Greet Assistance
A personal assistant meets passengers at the aircraft exit or at the passenger boarding bridge.
Passport Control
The assistant accompanies passengers and assists them through the expedited Fast Track route.
Luggage Assistance
A porter assists with luggage and accompanies passengers to the baggage claim area.
Buggy Service
If required, passengers can use the shared buggy service for convenient transportation within the terminal.
Premium Lounge International
Passengers can relax in the Premium Lounge, featuring an open buffet, bar, Wi-Fi, children’s area, business facilities, showers and relaxation areas.
Completion of Assistance
After collecting their luggage, the assistant accompanies passengers to the airport exit or to the meeting point with their transfer.
Services are provided by Istanbul Airport. The administration reserves the right to modify the list of services without prior notice.
