How the service works:
Airport Meet & Greet
A personal assistant meets passengers at the terminal entrance and assists with luggage.
Fast Check-In
The assistant accompanies passengers to check-in and helps them use the designated counters. Turkish Airlines passengers have access to the dedicated G39 counter.
Fast Track
After check-in, passengers are escorted through the priority route for expedited passport and security control, avoiding standard queues.
Buggy Service
If required, passengers can use the shared buggy service for convenient transportation within the terminal.
Premium Lounge International
After passing through security, passengers can relax in the Premium Lounge, featuring a buffet, bar, Wi-Fi, children’s area, business facilities, shower and relaxation areas.
Assistance to the Boarding Gate
After the lounge, the assistant helps passengers navigate the terminal and accompanies them to the appropriate boarding gate.

A 35% surcharge applies to bookings made less than 24 hours before the service.
