The JETEX | iGA Departure experience begins before entering the airport.

Instead of traveling to the main passenger terminal, guests arrive directly at JETEX | iGA Private Terminal, where they are personally welcomed by the Guest Experience team.

Passengers must arrive at the private terminal no later than 1 hour and 30 minutes before their scheduled departure.

The dedicated team coordinates all necessary airport procedures, including check-in, baggage handling, customs formalities, and Tax Free processing when applicable.

Passengers then complete passport control and security screening within the private terminal facilities.

For flights to the United States and certain other destinations, additional security checks may be required. Subject to applicable procedures, these checks can also be conducted within the private terminal.

Once the necessary formalities are completed, guests can enjoy a relaxing pre-flight experience.

Depending on their service package, passengers may spend time in the premium lounge, visit Duty Free, or enjoy other available facilities.

The Guest Experience team also asks passengers about their preferred boarding arrangements.

Where operationally possible, guests may choose to board among the first or last passengers.

As departure approaches, a personal assistant escorts guests to their premium vehicle.

The vehicle then transports them across the airport apron directly to their aircraft.

For passengers connecting through Istanbul, JETEX | iGA offers an exclusive Transit service designed to transform the connection experience.

Upon arrival of the first flight, a Guest Experience representative welcomes passengers at the aircraft with a personalized name board.

Guests are then transferred in a premium vehicle to JETEX | iGA Private Terminal.

Required passport and customs procedures are coordinated according to the regulations of the relevant authorities and the passenger's travel itinerary.

If checked baggage has been tagged through to the final destination, passengers generally do not need to collect it again.

If baggage has not been checked through, the operations team coordinates the necessary arrangements for the connecting flight.

Following the required formalities, passengers proceed to the Departure area without leaving the private terminal.

While waiting for their next flight, guests can enjoy the designated lounge and other available facilities.

Before departure, passengers complete the necessary security checks and are escorted by the Guest Experience team to a luxury vehicle for their transfer directly to the connecting aircraft.

Important: Direct Board-to-Board transfers between aircraft without visiting the private terminal are not available. For security reasons, all Transit passengers must pass through JETEX | iGA Private Terminal.

Mercedes-Maybach and Mercedes-Benz V-Class Transfers

An essential part of the JETEX | iGA experience is the private transfer between the aircraft and the terminal.

Premium vehicles are used to provide comfort and exclusivity throughout this journey.

Mercedes-Maybach vehicles accommodate a maximum of two passengers and are provided subject to availability.

For groups of three or more passengers, comfortable Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles are used.
